Caballero Dwerse Hagen Z

Cabellero Dwerse Hagen Z is a 2006 17.1h Imported Zangersheide Stallion. His lineage speaks for itself and it’s no wonder he’s athletic, versatile, scopey and has a wonderful temperament.

His Sire , Cento Lano (sired by Landgraf)  had a very successful career at the international level in 1.45-1.50m classes. Some of his victories include;
Winner GP CSI ** Moorsele 20052ND GP CSI ***Dinard 20035TH GP Blaye 2003Winner of the warming up class Sires of The World Lanaken 20033RD place GP CSI*** Brasschaat 20052ND in the Challenge for horses of 6 years old in Belgiumwinner 1.50m rubriek CSI*** Rosa Vicenza (2007)winner 1.35m CSI*** Lons-Le-Saunier 2007Winner of the Grand Prix juniors CSI*** Beervelde (3/8/08)..

Caballero has spent most of his career as a jumper competing with Amateurs in the low jumpers and professional riders in  1.35-1.50m . Most recently, his quiet and level headed disposition allowed him to campaign in 2022 in the 3’6 Amateur Owner Hunters, Derbies and Equitations on the “A” Circuit.  With many consistent and top placings throughout the year he qualified for the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.

Caballero is easy to handle in the barn and many don’t even notice he is a stallion. If you are looking to create offspring that have excellent ridability, substance and good bone along with being amateur friendly he is definitely a top contender.

He recently attended the Canadian Sport Horse Inspection which was judged by Bob Henselwood, Robin Baechler and Lee Bennett. He received many scores of 9 and 9.5 with complimentary remarks from the judges such as “This is what we are looking for in a stallion “.

We plan to present him for other breed registries in 2023-2024.

Caballero Dwerse Hagen Z will be available for limited breedings in 2023 and his stud fee will be $1600 CDN + HST (LFG).
