Coaching and Training
Joining our program offers riders unparalleled success due to our commitment to individualized coaching and training. These programs are led by our Equestrian Canada and NCCP High Performance (HP1) Certified Coach, Jenna Rogerson, and Equeatrian Canada Licensed Coach Paige West.
Our team brings a wealth of knowledge from years in the field, allowing them to tailor proven programs and customized training plans to each of our athletes, both human and equine, and their unique strengths and goals. This personalized approach ensures that every rider not only reaches but exceeds their potential, setting us apart from other programs and providing a distinct competitive edge.
When a horse arrives we complete a detailed assessment of your horses nutritional requirements so they can look and feel their best. We also create a custom training and lesson program for each horse and rider which will take into consideration their current training level, future goals, concerns or fears and a time line in which you would like to accomplish those goals. This is done through a thorough Gap Analysis, benchmarking tools and a YTP (Yearly Training Plan) our coaches build for you. This is updated and adjusted throughout the year. Using these tools, among many others, means taking a serious approach to your training as an athlete to help you accomplish your goals. It also creates a structured schedule to focus on load management and correct training practices for your equine to reduce their risk of injury.
